Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase.  All exchanges and refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase with payment information.

Shipping charges of any kind will not be refunded, and you the customer are responsible for any and all shipping charges that arise from this and all future transactions. If orders delivered with free shipping are returned, the refund amount will be less the normal shipping rate.

All merchandise must be returned in resalable condition.  That means for soft goods, nothing must be worn more than trying it on.  For hard goods, nothing can actually be used, bindings cannot be mounted on boards, boards must have the factory wax and be in factory condition.  All components must be included, that includes all tags, beanies, headphones, and/or any accessories that come with the product. Packaged products must be unopened. If a product comes back without its proper components, then a restocking fee will be charged accordingly with what is missing from the product.

Note: If you are exchanging goods, such as returning a shirt for a different size, it is recommended that you contact Shoreline before you send back the good so that they may set the exchanged good aside for you.

Please send all returns to the following addresses.  Depending on which carrier is used, please choose the correct address.  Shoreline takes no responsibility in any items sent to the wrong address, which may extend the time you will receive your credit.
