Fusion core
High tech wood core crafted from select Paulownia with pockets of Poplar along the sidecut for added edge durability. Designed for Jones Ultralight models, it’s our lightest core ever and offers a perfect strength-to-weight ratio.
Koroyd
Developed from aerospace technology, award-winning Koroyd synthetic core material is the lightest core dampening material we’ve ever tested. It absorbs vibrations and reduces tip swing weight, enabling quicker, smoother turns.
Ultra Base
Jones exclusive sintered base material with carbon additives for industry leading speed and wax absorption. Infused with multiple wax types for supreme glide in warm, wet and variable snow. Made in Austria
Ultralight Carbon Construction
Ultralight Carbon is a state-of-the-art construction that minimizes weight without compromising performance. Featuring an ultra-fast base, tip-to-tail carbon fiber and Triax fiberglass, plus Koroyd in the wood core, it delivers exceptional durability and response for its weight.

Ultralight version of our castor bean sourced, bio-plastic topsheet that’s engineered to be extremely durable and scratch resistant while minimizing environmental impact.
Bio Resin
A bio-based epoxy made with 27% plant-based carbon that reduces CO₂ emissions by 33% compared to conventional petroleum-based epoxy. Sourced from plant-based industrial by-products, its unmatched bonding properties deliver industry leading durability and performance.
Recycled ABS
Recycled ABS sidewalls with a rounded finish that are engineered to enhance durability by reducing topsheet chipping and impact damage.
